"Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Me and the Devil for being such an awesome presence at our wedding last Saturday (May 4th). We all had a bloody good dance and felt you brought a real sense of joy to the occasion."
"I echo what Beth has said - Me and the Devil got everybody dancing with such an accomplished performance at the wedding reception. If I had a pound for everybody who complimented us on our choice of band I’d be a rich man! Thanks again for being so professional, and - of course - for turning a gathering into a real party."
"Thank you so much for playing at our wedding. You were superb.
The musicianship, sound and volume was perfect. People loved that they could listen to the music but still able to catch up with friends and family that they hadn't seen in years.
Chris, the venue owner, was over the moon when he saw we'd booked you, he commented that "you didn't tell me you'd booked the best band in Cornwall!".
Another guest commented that he'd been to millions of weddings and that ours had the best music of any wedding he'd been to. Everyone spoke praise!.
I'd book you again in an instant."
"Whether you are a serious blues fan or simply appreciate authentic, well-crafted musicianship, a MaTD gig will not disappoint.
Mixing blues classics seamlessly with their own material, you are guaranteed an evening of great music cooked up in the deep South West."
"We first saw Me and The Devil when they were the support act for George Ezra at The Hall for Cornwall.
We decided then that they'd be a great addition to our up and coming marriage celebrations & were thrilled to find that they were available to book! Their Country Blues got the guests up off their seats and perfectly rounded off our special day.
I have also found a renewed love for the Harmonica because of them!"
Love the sound of the band, especially the rhythm section! the drums/brush sticks/snare rims sound great together with the slap bass. (Train Fare is great).
Super harmonica too. You should let him sing more.. great blues voice. Got that nice dirty edge to it."
